The shop carries a wide variety of Cheeses from all round the World, with an average of 80 - 85 varieties at any one time. A number of cheeses are seasonal and therefore only available at particular times.
The following pages contain details of all the Cheeses we normally keep, together with information including price, origins, consistency and strength, as well as indications as to Type of Milk used, Pasteurised or Unpasteurised and whether it has been made with Vegetarian Rennet :
