Terms and Conditions Including Delivery Information
Prices
The ‘Mail Order’ cheese prices quoted are by weight or by individual unit and do not include carriage. The prices are indicated by each different cheese, either by a price per ‘100grams’ or an ‘each’ price where applicable and are excluding ‘Carriage Charges’. Customers can of course order cheeses at Shop Prices to be collected during shop opening hours. Carriage charges for all orders are detailed below. Any price changes will be updated on the website every week, so we would recommend you check the website before placing a ‘Final Order’.
Minimum Order
There is NO minimum order requirement.
Cheese Weights
Each individual choice of cheese is cut to your ordered specification, with a minimum portion size of 150gm. We endeavour to cut as close as possible but there will be a small margin of some grammes.
Delivery
We endeavour to deliver to most addresses in the U.K., However some outlying areas can fall outside the geographical zones of our carriers. Should customers be in doubt then please speak to us before placing an order. During busy periods and during adverse weather conditions this could apply to all areas. We want our cheeses to be delivered in optimum condition and do not want time constraints of carriers to affect this aim.
Orders are normally dispatched within 48 hours of receiving the order on Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays for ‘Next Day - Signed For’ delivery by our carriers, but should we envisage any delay in this timing we will contact the customer by Email and phone to discuss the problem.
Carriage Charges
For Orders up to £100 and up to 5kg in weight - £7.00 Contribution towards cost of Carriage.

For Orders OVER £100 - Carriage FREE
Payment
We accept most Debit & Credit Cards which will be processed prior to dispatch through McDonalds Cheese Shop fully authorised card payment service. The amount charged will be the total of goods & carriage.
Risk
Risk of damage or deterioration to the goods supplied passes to the buyer on delivery. No claim for damage or deterioration after delivery can be accepted.
Confidentiality
All confidential information, including card details, is held securely. No information is ever passed to third parties.
