Made in the Lyon area this square camembert style sheep’s milk cheese has an
orange rind. Excellent flavour.
BRIE DE MEAUX - DONGE (U) £2.55 per 100gm
Gold Medal winning cheese, this is the king of all bries. A farmhouse cheese of
connoisseur quality, which is matured in caves for 5 - 6 weeks. Wonderful flavour.

From the Alsace region this small oval shaped washed rind cheese, has a soft creamy texture and full of flavour.
LANGRES 180gm £7.15 each
A small washed rind cheese from the Champagne region, slightly hollowed on top, it has a pungent aroma but a smooth fresh taste. Cheese gets softer and tastier as it matures.
