MONTGOMERY CHEDDAR (U) £2.65 per 100gm
Made in Somerset this award winning famous cheddar is made in the traditional way, cloth bound and matured for at least 12 months with a well rounded mature flavour.

Made in Sussex to cheddar style recipe, loaded with cider, herbs & garlic,added to the curd
SHROPSHIRE BLUE (V) £2.40 per 100gm
Made in Nottinghamshire this lovely blue cheese is very similar to stilton but with an
orange curd. Adds colour to any cheese board.
SNOWDONIA EXTRA MATURE CHEDDAR ( WELSH ) £2.40 per 100gm
This is probably the strongest cheddar we sell, with a real ‘Bite’.
Known locally as ‘Black Bomber’, the cheese is covered in black wax.
STINKING BISHOP (V) £4.25 per 100gm
From Charles Martell in Gloucestershire, this soft creamy cheese gets its name from the
pear variety used in the ‘Perry Wash’ for the rind. Tends to have quite a pungent aroma !
STILTON - BLUE (V) £2.20 per 100gm
Famous blue cheese handmade by Colston Bassett in Nottinghamshire, one of the
last independent stilton makers. Mellow flavour and creamy texture. Fantastic !

Made in the Dales of Yorkshire, this is one of the oldest of English cheeses. Crumbly texture and a fresh, slightly salty flavour, this mature version has a delicious aftertaste.
